Dearest John,

Our whole family went through the most traumatic experience we have ever been through as parents when our children’s safety was under threat by social services- Italy’s version of CPS.
As a family living under Natural Law, we were illegally targeted and reported to social services then put through a year of hell while we stood firm and fought for our rights to live as we choose, raising 3 healthy and thriving children.
After the first 5 months of receiving no help or guidance from anyone, we were put into contact with John, from the Alliance of Indigenous Nations (AIN), by a mutual friend. John kindly, lovingly, patiently and with an immense power of righteousness, put us clearly and firmly on track towards our rights and freedoms and the actions needed to be taken by lawyers that we had taken on.
John, to me, is a great warrior lightworker that has done more for us than all the lawyers in Italy would have. He not only understands law and people’s true rights, he has the power of belief in our true freedoms that is impossible to find in any professional lawyer that we could find here.
He believed in us, he saw the lies and control tactics being used by the system and those working to uphold it, he understood how we lived and in a time where nearly everyone turned their backs on us, John was near, encouraging us forward and giving us guidance that helped immensely to keep us strong and focused and not be toppled over by fear but to finally have a lawyer that we were able to have close our case and give us our rightful freedom, because of what John had informed us!
Our entire family is endlessly grateful for having met John, not only for what he has done for us but for what he has done and continues to do for the awakening and empowerment of a free and higher conscious society, helping so many people all over the world.
No lawyer gave us the support, belief and guidance that John gave us. No lawyer gave us the time, the patience, the understanding and the help that John gave us.

Brian Cobb-Testimony

Brian Cobb – Father defending his children in the Superior Court of Justice- Windsor, Family Branch, unlawfully imprisoned 542 days (for trying to obtain access to his 3 minor children)!!!

Background:

I’ve been the target of government servants (Windsor judges, prosecutors, police and attorneys) since I laid charges against the de facto federal, provincial and municipal governments for crimes  against humanity and genocide on November 22, 2021, (exposing the COVID scamdemic) and November 30, 2021, respectively. 

My ex-wife was a key player in how this criminal conspiracy, against me, occurred. On December 4, 2021 three men arrived at my house (an attorney, a suspended anesthesiologist  and free mason).  It is believed 2 of the 3 men (knowingly) drugged me with, what I believe was carfentanil in an attempt to murder me. 

I survived and they switched to plan B which was to label me “delusional”.

Long story short, my ex-wife plotted with the doctor and lawyer to have me committed to a psychiatric centre and forcibly drugged. 

The suspended chief of anaesthesiology (hence the drug was to kill) at Windsor regional hospital where he also held the position of Doctor Representative (should any doctor in Windsor Hospital get called into management for misconduct – union rep).  On December 8, 2021 they enacted their secondary plot.  

On December 9, 2021, I was raided by Windsor police SWAT based on a fraudulently completed mental health act form (police drove a tank to my home) where they committed an armed home invasion (breaking & entering, kidnapping and robbery wearing masks) against me. My ex-wife filled the mental health form out incorrectly  and the Windsor Police destroyed it.

In order to cover up the 1st home invasion, Windsor Police kidnapped me again on February 2. 2022 (the morning I was supposed to be in Family Court) where I was issued a fraudulent restraining order seizing my personal property, home, business, employment(s) and abducting my 3 minor children. Windsor Police began a series of unlawful arrests on this Restraining Order then the SCJ Family Court issued a new order fraudulently and then the court sealed both motions February 2, 2022 and February 25, 2022 to cover their fraud.

On October 6, 2023, I was able to obtain a partial unsealing and discovered their crime of fraud and that the Order was unlawful and illegal.  I began to send lawful “NOTICE” with regard to this discovery and crime and on November 4, 2023.  This powerful local group used their influence to have me falsely arrested again and unlawfully imprisoned. They also used their influence at the superior court-Windsor to deny two (2) bail hearings, one (1) bail review (superior court) and two (2) CCC 525 detention reviews (superior court) falsely claiming I have a “delusional disorder” without any medical evidence.  

I was released on April 28, 2025 and out of nine (9) charges (as a self represented litigant) they found me guilty of two (2) counts, namely falsely representing a peace officer (I am a peace officer) and allegedly uttering a threat to a priest. However, there is no victim testimony claiming any harm.  I wasn’t actually charged for this offence until 16 days after it was allegedly sent as my ex-wife and Windsor police played a role in having the OPP charge me.  

Finally, 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Alliance of Indigenous Nations (AIN) for their unwavering support, by attending court hearings, and for their expert legal advice that assisted a self- represented litigant being found “NOT GUILTY” on 7 charges and 2 that are under Appeal.  AIN’s law team advised me to withdraw a plea that would’ve been another conviction against me.  AIN’s law team filed a civil Habeas Corpus on my behalf and subsequently filed a habeas corpus appeal at the Ontario Court of Appeals.

Great Spirit blessed me with AIN and I am proud to be part of something extraordinary!“

 5/25/2025 

I would like to thank the Alliance of Indigenous Nations (AIN), for their assistance in helping me to defend myself against 4 fabricated charges that were laid against me by the Peterborough Police Service on Aug. 13, 2022 at the Peterborough police station. Canadians attended the police station to peacefully question police, and execute a citizens arrest of police if needed, as to why police failed to investigate the COVID Scamdemic including no “due process” on oath that an actual declaration of an emergency exists, no true copy, signed by Lt. Governor Elizabeth Dowdeswell of a Stay at Home order and no proof of COVID 19’s existence.

Multiple Canadians attended and recorded the events- even Queen Romano was present. Police conspired to assault, unlawfully arrest and physically detain peaceful protestors from assembling at the public police station. Police used excessive force on one of the protestors and punctured his lung requiring immediate hospitalization. After explaining to the AIN Law Team what had happened to me, AIN’s Law Team (AINLT) suggested that I stand strong, and to not retain a criminal defense attorney. John stated that the crown will have to withdraw or stay all the charges by the trial date (because numerous recordings proved that the police were the aggressors, not the peaceful protestors.
John, from AIN’s law team explained that if I told him the truth, which i did, the charges against me would be stayed. John was correct! The Peterborough Police Service and the crown prosecutor were using fear and bully tactics to intimidate me.
At pretrial, the crown had zero evidence whatsoever. The judge ruled that the prosecutor had 2 weeks to bring evidence or drop the charges, but the evil crown had the charges stayed for a year.
The 1 year stay has passed and I am officially cleared of all bogus charges.

It’s important to note that within just 2 hours of Peterborough Police Services fabricating charges and arresting under false pretenses for CBC/fake news completely twisted the story labeling the protestors as Qanon, far right conspiracy theorists. Subsequently, Rebel news interviewed me but never ran my story! Why?

When my ex husband and I were separating, I knew that I didn’t want to use the corrupt family law system. I approached a friend who referred me to John Cipolla with the Alliance of Indigenous Nations (AIN). John coached me on avoiding the family court’s jurisdiction. John drafted a private separation agreement based on law (not legal), and my ex and I tailored the agreement to fit our personal situation. Whenever I had questions or concerns, John responded quickly with great advice. With John’s guidance, my ex and I finalized a private separation agreement in which we settled the division of assets amicably. The agreement included a clause that medical decisions for our daughter have to be agreed on by both parties, this prevents harmful medical interventions like the Covid vaccine (arguably a bioweapon). We, also, agreed on a joint custody schedule that was best for our family, not the family court’s financial interest.

John’s expertise saved my ex and I years in family court, thousands of dollars and unimaginable stress. I highly recommend John Cipolla and AIN to mothers or fathers seeking  a better path than family court.

As a result of my filing a civil lawsuit to enforce an AIN’s Tribunal Order in 2024, in the Superior Court of Justice-Toronto, for the fraudulent sale of my cottage, the defendant, after receiving service of process, caused a Bracebridge OPP Officer to maliciously and fraudulently have me charged with harassment and a threat of a warrant was issued if I didn’t turn myself in. The Alliance of Indigenous Nations (AIN) within 48 hours, had both the charge and the warrant quashed.
