Brian Cobb – Father defending his children in the Superior Court of Justice- Windsor, Family Branch, unlawfully imprisoned 542 days (for trying to obtain access to his 3 minor children)!!!

Background:

I’ve been the target of government servants (Windsor judges, prosecutors, police and attorneys) since I laid charges against the de facto federal, provincial and municipal governments for crimes  against humanity and genocide on November 22, 2021, (exposing the COVID scamdemic) and November 30, 2021, respectively. 

My ex-wife was a key player in how this criminal conspiracy, against me, occurred. On December 4, 2021 three men arrived at my house (an attorney, a suspended anesthesiologist  and free mason).  It is believed 2 of the 3 men (knowingly) drugged me with, what I believe was carfentanil in an attempt to murder me. 

I survived and they switched to plan B which was to label me “delusional”.

Long story short, my ex-wife plotted with the doctor and lawyer to have me committed to a psychiatric centre and forcibly drugged. 

The suspended chief of anaesthesiology (hence the drug was to kill) at Windsor regional hospital where he also held the position of Doctor Representative (should any doctor in Windsor Hospital get called into management for misconduct – union rep).  On December 8, 2021 they enacted their secondary plot.  

On December 9, 2021, I was raided by Windsor police SWAT based on a fraudulently completed mental health act form (police drove a tank to my home) where they committed an armed home invasion (breaking & entering, kidnapping and robbery wearing masks) against me. My ex-wife filled the mental health form out incorrectly  and the Windsor Police destroyed it.

In order to cover up the 1st home invasion, Windsor Police kidnapped me again on February 2. 2022 (the morning I was supposed to be in Family Court) where I was issued a fraudulent restraining order seizing my personal property, home, business, employment(s) and abducting my 3 minor children. Windsor Police began a series of unlawful arrests on this Restraining Order then the SCJ Family Court issued a new order fraudulently and then the court sealed both motions February 2, 2022 and February 25, 2022 to cover their fraud.

On October 6, 2023, I was able to obtain a partial unsealing and discovered their crime of fraud and that the Order was unlawful and illegal.  I began to send lawful “NOTICE” with regard to this discovery and crime and on November 4, 2023.  This powerful local group used their influence to have me falsely arrested again and unlawfully imprisoned. They also used their influence at the superior court-Windsor to deny two (2) bail hearings, one (1) bail review (superior court) and two (2) CCC 525 detention reviews (superior court) falsely claiming I have a “delusional disorder” without any medical evidence.  

I was released on April 28, 2025 and out of nine (9) charges (as a self represented litigant) they found me guilty of two (2) counts, namely falsely representing a peace officer (I am a peace officer) and allegedly uttering a threat to a priest. However, there is no victim testimony claiming any harm.  I wasn’t actually charged for this offence until 16 days after it was allegedly sent as my ex-wife and Windsor police played a role in having the OPP charge me.  

Finally, 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Alliance of Indigenous Nations (AIN) for their unwavering support, by attending court hearings, and for their expert legal advice that assisted a self- represented litigant being found “NOT GUILTY” on 7 charges and 2 that are under Appeal.  AIN’s law team advised me to withdraw a plea that would’ve been another conviction against me.  AIN’s law team filed a civil Habeas Corpus on my behalf and subsequently filed a habeas corpus appeal at the Ontario Court of Appeals.
